Catalysts are used to reduce pollutants in automotive and petrochemical processes and to control the reaction rate in product synthesis. In particular, the purification catalyst uses PGM(precious group metal), a precious metal of platinum group, to reduce HC, CO and NOx, which are pollutants emitted from the automotive and petrochemical industries, to N2, CO ₂, H ₂O. We are recovering and refining precious metals that can be recycled to make new catalysts when these catalysts reach the end of their useful life.
