Urban Mining

- An urban mine is distinct from a general mine that takes metal minerals from the crust.
- It means that it is already mined and contained small quantities in industrial products and general life products, and gold, silver, copper, palladium etc. contained in mobile phones, computers, electronic products and waste catalysts are representative.
- In particular, future electric vehicles (EV) batteries and fuel cell for hydrogen vehicles are attracting attention as new urban mines.
- We are developing technologies to recover and refine a variety of valuable metals from these mine resources.
